Just got a brand new acer e5-572g. nice laptop so far. except ive run into a problem. after upgrading to windows 10 my onboard speakers no longer play any sound.. I got this to work on my acer after the windows 10 upgrade. i went to the acer site searched the drivers and support section, downloaded the audio drivers after selecting windows 10 as the os.. When you update to windows 10 from windows 7, windows 8, or windows 8.1, you may also encounter this no sound on windows 10 issue as well as other issues like blue screen, pc slow error, black screen issue, no wi-fi available, etc..
